This 18th century Old Watermill with fabulous working water wheel is the perfect Cornish escape. Mediterranean courtyard rooms are set around a cyderpress fountain. Comfortable rooms with private access via the courtyard or little wooden bridge over the wheel race. Rooms are en-suite and have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen tv and dvd player, ironing facilities and hairdryer. Large 6ft bed or twin rooms available, Deluxe rooms have a private kitchen and lounge area and private olive garden terrace. Deluxe rooms also have an extra room for families available at £25pn which must be requested on booking but which is payable on arrival. These rooms can only be booked with a Deluxe Room. Breakfast must be requested on booking and can be delivered to rooms or served in the pretty courtyard. Shops and waterfront bars and bistros approx 1.5 miles. From the Texaco roundabout on the outskirts of Fowey take Passage Lane (signposted for boat launching and car ferry). Continue along lane approx half a mile, Penventinue Lane is on the left. Follow brown tourist signs to the Old Watermill BandB.
