From the M5; Exit at Junction 31 onto the A30 signposted OKEHAMPTON BODMIN (you are approximately 1 hour from Trenython manor) Exit the A30 heading for BODMIN passing Asda supermarket to a T-junction. Turn left, follow this road until you come to a roundabout Turn right at the roundabout towards LOSTWITHIEL (B3268) Carry along this road passing Lanhydroc until you come to another roundabout Turn left follow this road until you come to a T Junction Turn right onto A390 towards St Austell Head down the hill and up the other side just after the dip you will see a signpost on the left for FOWEY (B3269) the turning is on the left just past a lone house! Follow this country lane for about 3 miles Turn right when you see a brown tourist sign for Trenython Manor, the entrance is 600 yards on the left.
